A. Trade Conferences I help Organizing

The HKUST Conference in International Economics (2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019)

The 14th Annual Meeting of the Asia Pacific Trade Seminars (APTS 2018)

The APTS aims to provide the forum for exchanging research ideas in the field of international trade and investment. The APTS will hold annual conferences at universities in the Asia Pacific region. The conferences are open to researchers and graduate students worldwide who work on theoretical or empirical aspects of international trade and investment.

B. Other Trade Conferences

The following list is not exhaustive and primarily based on my own experience in attending conferences. More suggestions are welcome.

Midwest International Trade Conferences:

The Midwest International Economics Group was founded by John Pomery and Raymond Riezman in 1981 to foster and encourage research in International Trade. The conferences are held twice a year, in the fall and spring, jointly with the Midwest Mathematical Economics and Theory conference. There are usually about 50 papers presented and roughly 75 people in attendance at each meeting.

F.R.E.I.T. (Forum for Research in Empirical International Trade) conferences:

FREIT offers a series of annual conferences dedicated to furthering research in the field of empirical international economics in global locations, including North America, Slovenia, Japan, and Canada (with an additional conference in Australia in 2009).

Asia Pacific Trade Seminars (APTS):

The APTS aims to provide the forum for exchanging research ideas in the field of international trade and investment. The APTS will hold annual conferences at universities in the Asia Pacific region.
